About Tax Law Decisions

Tax Law Decisions, a monthly magazine originated by our Founder Editor Late Shri Dineshji Gangrade (B.Sc., LL.B.) who started the magazine from a small place Near Maharaja Yashwantrao Hospital in the year 1987. Dinesh Gangrade in his time was a leading tax practitioner and consultant, his clientele included Man Group of Industries, NOCIL of Mafatlal Group and J K Tyres. The magazine has been doing well since its inception in 1987 and has a readership in and outside MP & C.G, among such subscribers are reputed companies like Siemens of Mumbai and some other big groups of New Delhi.

His passion carved out a special place for our magazine in the hearts of Tax Advocates, Chartered Accountants, and Department Officials. Noteworthy works like The Tax Laws of M.P and The Law of Commercial Tax bear testimony to his impactful contributions, including insightful commentaries on Entry Tax Law and M.P Sales Tax Code.

Our subscribers and panel members provided unwavering support, leading us to relocate to Seva Sardar Nagar and rename our office Tax Law House in 2000. When Dinesh Ji passed away, his son Nilesh Gangrade (B.Com., LL.B.) stepped up as the Editor, carrying forward the legacy.
